Job Title: Network Architect

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Network Architect to design, implement, and manage our companys network infrastructure. You will play a key role in shaping our network strategy, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability across all environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest technologies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and implement network solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop network architecture and roadmap to support the organizations long-term goals.
• Work extensively with VMware NSX and Software Defined Networking (SDN) to ensure flexibility, scalability, and ease of network management.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and management of LAN and WAN architectures, ensuring optimized data flow and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to improve performance and network uptime.
• Implement and enforce network security best practices, working with technologies such as Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Routers, and Firewalls.
• Design, deploy, and manage SD-WAN solutions to ensure flexibility, security, and cost optimization for distributed networks.
• Leverage Juniper Contrail for advanced SDN management, network virtualization, and cloud integration to optimize network operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network alignment with business objectives.
• Lead network deployment projects, managing timelines, resources, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Conduct capacity planning and recommend solutions to enhance network performance and scalability.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and manage network infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and uptime.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies, trends, and industry best practices, especially in areas related to SDN, SD-WAN, and network security technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (8+ years) as a Network Architect or in a similar network engineering role.
• Expertise in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, VPN, etc.).
• Experience with VMware NSX, Software Defined Networking (SDN), and SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Routers, and other network security appliances.
• Experience with Juniper Contrail for SDN and network virtualization.
• Strong network security expertise, including working knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network segmentation.
• Experience with network monitoring and performance tuning tools.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications (CCIE preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills on network-related issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
