The ideal candidate will provide L3 support, drive service delivery excellence, and ensure compliance with ITSM standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, process discipline, and bilingual communication skills in English and Japanese to collaborate effectively with global and local teams.Lead and manage operations for network and security infrastructure (NW, FW, Proxy, SD-WAN)Provide L3 support including advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation managementAdminister firewall and proxy environments, including upgrades, patching, and integrationMaintain and update operating procedures and manuals for service deliveryAdhere to ITSM best practices, KPIs, and SLRs; report performance against SLRsParticipate in planning, analysis, and service improvement initiativesSupport change, configuration, release, and asset management processesContribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and executionDeliver training and knowledge transfer programsMaintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processesSupport security management, monitoring, incident response, and compliance with privacy and regulatory standardsCommunicate effectively in English and Japanese (JLPT N2/N3) with global and Japanese stakeholdersYour ProfileIT Security Operations & Infrastructure SupportNetwork & Firewall AdministrationSD-WAN ManagementBilingual Communication (English & Japanese – JLPT N2/N3)Compliance & Incident ResponseWhat you'll love about working hereYou can shape your career with us.
