We are seeking a highly skilled and resilient Senior Network Operations Engineer to join our Global Infrastructure team. This is a critical role requiring deep technical expertise in Cisco and Juniper environments, a proactive mindset for incident management, and the flexibility to support a 24/7 enterprise operation.

The ideal candidate is a CCNP-certified professional who thrives in high-pressure environments and has a proven track record of maintaining robust network uptime.

• Core Infrastructure Management: Lead the administration and troubleshooting of enterprise-grade routing and switching environments (Catalyst, Nexus, ASR).
• Incident & Change Management: Drive the resolution of high-priority incidents (P1/P2), conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and manage complex configuration changes.
• SLA Governance: Ensure all service level agreements are met, maintaining a focus on MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution) and high availability.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and drive process improvement initiatives to optimize network performance.
• 24/7 Availability: Provide expert support within a rotational shift roster, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure seamless global operations.

• Experience: 7+ years in Network Operations or Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Certification: Valid CCNP (OEM Certified) is mandatory.
• Routing & Switching: Expert-level hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS. Strong command over VLANs, STP/RSTP, EtherChannel, and HSRP/VRRP.
• Vendor Expertise: Proficiency in Cisco (Catalyst/Nexus/ASR) and hands-on exposure to Juniper (JUNOS) environments.
• Operations: Mastery of CLI-based configuration and structured troubleshooting methodologies.

• Advanced Networking: Exposure to EVPN, L3VPN, and Cisco SD-WAN.
• Automation: Experience with Python or Ansible for network automation.
• Global Scale: Experience working in a Global NOC or large-scale enterprise environment.
• Reporting: Familiarity with MTTR reporting and business-level operational metrics.
