Job Description
Role: Senior Network Administrator
Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in network administration.
Location: Pune
Responsibilities
- Provide support for activities relating to Network segregation
- Troubleshoot any connectivity issues during segregation
- Coordinate with various teams for segregation activities
- Suggest ways and means to perform activities with minimum impact
- Creating and updating network documentation such as Network diagrams, SOPs
Required Skills
- Cisco APIC
- Network Routing
- Network Switching
- Wireless
- Firewalls
Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN/Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP)
- Working experience on LAN/WAN on Cisco, HP, Brocade, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto Platform
- Experience of Cisco APIC controller leaf & Spine switch network
- Architecture experience and strong network configuration experience in various OEMs (example: Cisco, Juniper, PA, etc.)
- Hands-on experience on Cisco Nexus 9k, Nexus 5k and higher series switches
- Experience of migration project, NAC expertise
- Exposure to SD WAN/SDN technologies is desirable
- Proficient in Firewall Administration
- Good Knowledge of Wireless technology
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise LAN infrastructure and Passive services
- Hands-on knowledge of carrying out network installation in Data center environment
- Excellent communications skills - verbal, written and presentation
- Architecture expertise of Network & Security
- CCNA/CCNP Certificate
