Role Overview

Paisalo Digital Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator IT to manage, secure, and optimize the organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in firewall security, network monitoring, VPN configuration, and enterprise IT support.

Key Responsibilities

Network & Security Management

• Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise firewall solutions such as Palo Alto and Fortinet.
• Implement and manage network security policies, NAT rules, and VPN configurations.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity or security issues.
• Ensure network protection against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Manage firewall rule changes, security policy updates, and network segmentation.

Infrastructure Administration

• Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and network devices.
• Maintain load balancers, VPN gateways, and secure remote access systems.
• Support network architecture design and network expansion projects.
• Perform network upgrades, patch management, and firmware updates.

IT Operations & Support

• Manage IT assets, device configurations, and system inventory.
• Provide advanced technical support for network and infrastructure-related issues.
• Work with ticketing systems such as ManageEngine / ITSM tools for incident and change management.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT infrastructure support.

Security Compliance

• Ensure compliance with security standards and organizational IT policies.
• Implement data protection solutions such as DLP and secure access controls.
• Maintain logs, monitoring reports, and security audit documentation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Fortinet Firewalls
• Strong knowledge of:
• Network Security
• VPN Configuration
• NAT & Firewall Rules
• Load Balancers
• Network Monitoring Tools
• Experience with IP Solution Centre tools (Putty, SecureCRT).
• Experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk / Asset Management tools.
• Knowledge of NAC implementation and network security policies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive, and Teams administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments and enterprise networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years in IT infrastructure / network administration.
• Experience working in enterprise environments or BFSI sector preferred
