Senior Network Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to manage and maintain our on-premise network infrastructure. This role involves hands-on system and network administration, proactive monitoring, security hardening, and rapid incident response. You will work closely with IT, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure the stability, performance, and security of the infrastructure.

• Configure and manage firewalls (e.g., FortiGate)
• Create and maintain firewall policies, NAT rules, and VPN configurations
• Configure and troubleshoot network switches (Cisco / Huawei / Dell)
• Manage VLANs, trunk/access ports, and routing
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP with multicast network flows
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, packet loss, and routing issues
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and access controls

• Provide Tier-2 / Tier-3 support for infrastructure and network incidents
• Proactively monitor network and system health
• Coordinate with IT, DevOps, and Security teams for infrastructure changes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for:

* Firewall rules

* Network topology

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in system and network administration
• Prior experience working with exchange networks (e.g., NSE, BSE, MCX) will be an advantage

Strong experience with:

• Linux servers (Ubuntu / RHEL)
• Firewalls (FortiGate / Cisco)
• Network switches (Cisco / Huawei / Dell)

Solid understanding of:

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• VLANs, routing, multicast, and NAT
• Firewall security policies and VPNs
• Strong troubleshooting using CLI-based tools

• CIS hardening experience
• Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix
• SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow
• CCNA / CCNP or equivalent networking knowledge

• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
• Ownership mindset with attention to detail
• Clear documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
