Job Description: Senior .NET Back End Developer

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience

Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA

Position Overview:

Innovative Entity in Insurance Industry is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior .NET Back End Developer. As a Senior Back End Engineer, you will be responsible for development, designing, architectural reviews and designing.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in .Net Stack, Entity Framework, Domain Driven Development Principles

Knowledge of Microservice Architecture

Experience with design thinking and creating Technical Design Documents

Familiarity with coding practices, including implementing Unit Test Cases

Proficiency in Security SAST Scans (Polaris/Levo.ai, SonarQube)

Coordination with DevOps for setting up CI/CD pipelines

Ensuring adherence to Branching Strategy within the team

Conducting code reviews for peers

Creating Technical Design Documents for new Epics and Stories

Holistic approach to oversee future business demands

Experience in Product Development is a plus

Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality back-end solutions using .NET technologies

Create and maintain Technical Design Documents

Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices

Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards

Collaborate with DevOps to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines

Ensure security practices are followed, including regular SAST scans

Oversee the branching strategy and ensure it is followed by the team

Mentor and coach peer development teams, providing guidance and support

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical concepts clearly

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Skills:

B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field

Overall 6 to 8 + years in .Net Backend Development

Proficiency in .NET core- 8 version in backend

Proficient in Entity Framework

Proficient in Domain Driven Development Principles

Available to work from office in Hyderabad
