Senior .NET & Azure Cloud Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior .NET & Azure Cloud Developer who will be responsible for developing new cloud-native applications and modernizing existing legacy applications into microservices-based architectures. The role involves hands-on development, architecture design, cloud deployment, and ongoing support of applications built using Angular, C#, .NET Core, and Microsoft Azure services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Azure cloud, CI/CD, microservices, API development, and the ability to lead technical initiatives or teams.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Modernization

• Design, develop, and modernize applications into cloud-native microservices architecture
• Maintain and enhance legacy applications built using Angular 8/10, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web Forms, and .NET Core
• Develop and support applications using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Web Services
• Apply object-oriented design principles and design patterns

Azure Cloud & DevOps

• Develop and deploy applications using:
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Azure App Services
• Azure Functions
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Storage
• Azure Active Directory (AD)
• Cosmos DB / Document DB
• Azure API Gateway
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Configure and monitor application performance using Azure Monitor or equivalent tools
• Integrate cloud services with on-premises systems and databases

API & Integration

• Design and manage API lifecycle management
• Develop REST APIs using OpenAPI specifications
• Publish, configure, and secure APIs via API Gateway

Database & Backend

• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
• Work with SQL Server and Oracle databases
• Use LINQ and Entity Framework for data access

Quality, Leadership & Support

• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure coding standards
• Lead development teams and/or act as a solutions architect
• Provide maintenance and production support for existing applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills
