About The Role:

We are seeking a strong MS Dynamics PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) Developer to design and deliver rich, reusable user interface components for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This role focuses on extending standard platform capabilities by building high-quality, scalable PCF controls that improve usability and support complex business requirements.

The PCF Developer will work closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into well-structured technical solutions. The role involves hands-on development using TypeScript, React, and Fluent UI, deep interaction with Dataverse, and active participation in ALM and CI/CD processes across multiple environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance user experience within model-driven and canvas apps
• Build reusable, high-performance UI components using React and Fluent UI, aligned with Microsoft design standards and accessibility guidelines
• Integrate PCF components with Dataverse using Web API, REST, and OData calls to support complex business scenarios
• Implement external API integrations within PCF components and Power Platform solutions while ensuring security and performance best practices
• Work with Node.js, npm, and Power Platform CLI (PAC) for local development, testing, and packaging of PCF controls
• Customize Dataverse, including entities, relationships, schema, metadata, and business logic to support application requirements
• Support customization of model-driven apps and canvas apps, ensuring seamless integration of PCF components
• Manage solution lifecycle using managed and unmanaged solutions across multiple environments
• Participate in environment strategy and ALM processes, including versioning, solution promotion, and dependency management
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment of Power Platform and PCF solutions
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and adherence to Power Platform best practices
• Provide technical guidance to team members and support troubleshooting in development, UAT, and production environments
• Contribute to documentation, technical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum delivery model, supporting sprint planning, estimation, and releases
• Exposure to Power Automate (Flows) for extending automation scenarios is a plus

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM technical support or development.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
• Experience with enterprise-grade integrations and middleware platforms.
• Exposure to ITIL processes, SLA-based support, and change management.
