About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through movement. Someone who understands storytelling, branding, and digital formatsand can translate creative concepts into high-impact motion content across platforms.

Youll play a key role in shaping visual narratives, mentoring juniors, and pushing creative boundaries while keeping timelines tight and quality high.

What Youll Do

• Create motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, brand films, explainers, and paid content.
• Lead motion design execution from concept to final output.
• Work closely with creative strategists, copywriters, designers, and video editors.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and animation flows.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all motion assets.
• Guide and review work of junior motion designers/editors.
• Experiment with new styles, tools, and formats relevant to digital platforms.

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of experience in motion design, preferably in a digital/creative agency.
• Strong command over After Effects (must-have) and Premiere Pro .
• Good understanding of typography, composition, transitions, and visual rhythm.
• Working knowledge of sound design, colour correction, and basic VFX.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first motion work.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D / Blender).
• Experience with social-first formats and performance-driven creatives.
• Awareness of pop culture, trends, and platform behaviour.
• Exposure to AI tools for motion or video workflows.
