Senior Motion Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Motion Graphic Designer (Interaction Design) to join our growing design team.

In this role, you will work closely with designers, developers, and product stakeholders to create engaging motion designs, micro-interactions, and animations that elevate the overall user experience across MobiKwiks consumer products.

You should have a strong design sensibility, think from a consumer-first perspective , and enjoy solving complex design challenges through motion.

What You Will Do

Interaction & Motion Design

• Design animations and micro-interactions that enhance usability, engagement, and user delight.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate motion seamlessly into the user experience.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve product experiences through motion.

Innovation & Ownership

• Conceptualize original ideas to simplify complex flows and enhance user delight.
• Take ownership of motion design across features in the consumer app.
• Act as a key advocate for motion design best practices across the product.
