Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior MIS Analyst based in Delhi. The Senior MIS Analyst is responsible for managing and enhancing management information systems (MIS), analyzing system requirements, designing and maintaining dashboards, and providing data-driven insights for organizational decision-making. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams to identify, develop, and optimize analytics and reporting solutions to ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, the Senior MIS Analyst will play a key role in streamlining processes through effective systems analysis and data management practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Systems
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in systems analysis
• Experience with creating, managing, and interpreting dashboards and data reports
• CRM Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or recruitment-focused organization
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
