Role Description

EnpowerTek India is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 / PowerApps Developer to design, build, and support high-impact business applications and automation across Microsoft 365. This role focuses on Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and integration with SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft Entra ID. You will collaborate closely with product owners, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and the M365 Tech Lead to deliver justenough, justintime solutions aligned to business outcomes and governance guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Solution design & delivery
• Lead endtoend development of Power Apps (canvas/model-driven), Power Automate flows, Dataverse tables/relationships, and custom connectors.
• Integrate apps with SharePoint Online lists/libraries, Teams tabs/bots, and Microsoft Entra ID for secure access.
• Architecture & governance
• Apply EA-aligned patterns for scalability, security, and maintainability; contribute to environment strategy, DLP, rolebased access, and data residency.
• Package solutions and manage ALM (Dev/Test/Prod), versioning, telemetry, and rollback plans.
• Quality & operations
• Implement unit/integration testing, performance tuning (delegation, query optimization), accessibility, monitoring, and support runbooks.
• Own incident/problem resolution for M365 app stack in partnership with support teams.
• Collaboration & enablement
• Work in agile sprints with product owners, BAs, and designers; run demos and gather feedback.
• Contribute to advanced Power Platform training sessions and hackathon enablement for power users.
• Roadmap alignment
• Track the M365 roadmap and recommend feature adoption (e.g., Purview, Teams upgrades, Copilot capabilities) to improve solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years building solutions on Microsoft 365 with 3+ years handson Power Apps/Power Automate/Dataverse .
• Strong expertise in Power Fx , canvas app delegation, model-driven forms/views, Dataverse security roles, custom connectors , and REST/Graph APIs.
• Proven ALM experience using Power Platform Solutions , pipelines, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub).
• Integration experience with SharePoint Online , Teams , and Microsoft Entra ID ; familiarity with Microsoft Purview security/compliance concepts.
• Solid understanding of agile delivery , usercentered design, and measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with business stakeholders and mentor citizen developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Pages , Azure Functions , and Azure API Management for advanced extensibility.
• Knowledge of CoE Starter Kit , telemetry (Azure Application Insights), and operational dashboards.
• Background in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) or TypeScript/React for custom components.
• Exposure to Microsoft Viva (Connections, Engage) and modern intranet patterns at scale.
