About the Role


We are looking for a highly performance-driven Meta Media Buyer who specializes in managing high-budget campaigns and scaling profitable customer acquisition on Meta. This role requires someone who is deeply analytical, understands performance metrics beyond surface level, and can connect ad performance with user journey and funnel behavior.


The ideal candidate should have strong experience in creative testing, campaign optimization, and providing structured feedback to the creative team to improve ad performance. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where decisions are driven by data, testing, and business outcomes.


Experience managing campaigns in the US and/or Europe markets will be a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Handle high-budget media buying with a strong focus on performance and profitability
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, CVR, ROAS, frequency, and funnel conversion rates
  • Build and manage campaign structures for testing, scaling, retargeting, and audience expansion
  • Analyze user flow and funnel performance from ad click through landing page to conversion
  • Identify creative fatigue, audience fatigue, and performance bottlenecks, and take corrective actions quickly
  • Develop strong creative testing frameworks across hooks, angles, formats, messaging, audiences, and offers
  • Work closely with the creative team by giving clear, actionable feedback based on ad performance data
  • Translate campaign insights into new creative directions, briefs, and iteration ideas
  • Collaborate with tracking, analytics, and landing page teams to improve attribution and overall conversion performance
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights, observations, and next action plans
  • Stay updated with Meta platform changes, best practices, and evolving media buying strategies



Required Skills and Experience


  • 38 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Meta ad campaigns
  • Proven experience as a Meta Media Buyer / Performance Marketer
  • Strong hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Meta campaigns
  • Strong understanding of campaign metrics, attribution, user behavior, and conversion funnels
  • Ability to read performance data and make clear optimization decisions
  • Experience in creative testing and using creative performance insights to improve results
  • Ability to provide data-backed feedback to designers, editors, and creative strategists
  • Strong knowledge of audience strategy, campaign structure, scaling, retargeting, and performance troubleshooting
  • Comfortable working with landing pages, funnels, and post-click user flow analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance



Good to Have


  • Experience managing campaigns for US and/or Europe markets
  • Experience handling higher ad budgets
  • Familiarity with tracking tools, attribution platforms, and analytics dashboards
  • Experience working in lead generation, e-commerce, info products, or performance marketing environments
  • Understanding of CRO, landing page testing, and user journey optimization
