Senior Merchandiser

This is a full-time role for a Senior Merchandiser, located on-site in New Delhi. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee product planning, procurement, and inventory management. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, assembling merchandise strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing key operational needs to meet organizational objectives. The role requires effective communication and a deep understanding of the retail and luxury sectors.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Customer service expertise with the ability to build relationships and address client needs
• Proven experience in sales and retail environments, preferably in premium or luxury sectors
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and their application to promote merchandise effectively
• Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and develop strategic plans
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar senior role in the fashion or retail industry preferred
• Organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely execution of projects
