Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. The Senior Merchandiser will analyze sales trends, develop merchandising strategies, and ensure an optimal shopping experience for customers. Strong communication and customer engagement are vital for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Customer Service and Sales
• Experience in Retail and knowledge of effective merchandising principles
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs
• Prior experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field are a plus
