We are looking for a result-driven and detail-oriented Senior Merchandiser to manage the complete merchandising cycle from development to delivery for international garment buyers. The candidate must have hands-on experience in woven and/or knitted garments, a strong understanding of export documentation, and excellent buyer communication skills.

• Handle end-to-end merchandising process from product development, sampling, approvals, costing, to final shipment.
• Direct communication and coordination with international buyers, buying houses, and agents.
• Understand buyer tech packs, BOMs, and ensure correct execution with design, production, and QA teams.
• Create T&A (Time and Action) calendars and ensure strict adherence to timelines.
• Price negotiation with buyers, vendors, and suppliers while keeping production feasibility in mind.
• Coordination with sourcing, printing, dyeing, embroidery, and other ancillary departments.
• Conduct sample inspections and participate in pre-production meetings (PPMs).
• Follow up on fabric and trim procurement and ensure timely submission of lab dips, strike-offs, and fit samples.
• Regular follow-up with production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain documentation including order sheets, costing sheets, status reports, and buyer correspondence.
• Resolve production or quality issues by working closely with internal teams and buyers.
• Support and train junior merchandisers or assistants where applicable.

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Textiles / Fashion / Apparel Merchandising or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in export garment merchandising .
• Strong communication and email writing skills (in English).
• In-depth knowledge of fabric, trims, garment construction , and production processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets , and ERP systems.
• Good understanding of compliance, audits, and international shipping documentation.
• Capable of handling multiple buyers/orders simultaneously with accuracy and speed.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Working with US, European, Australian or Japanese buyers .
• Handling mid to high-value garments including prints, embroideries, and sustainable products.
• Exposure to third-party inspections, buyer audits , and factory compliance processes.
