This is a leadership role for a visionary designer who can balance craft and concept , creating menswear couture thats modern, Indian, and globally resonant.

• Lead the creation of high-end ethnic and Indo-western menswear collections .
• Translate creative vision into detailed sketches and couture prototypes.
• Collaborate with atelier teams to ensure impeccable execution.
• Mentor and inspire junior designers.

• Proven experience in luxury / couture menswear (6-8 + years preferred).
• Strong technical understanding of fabrics, embroidery, and garment construction.
• A refined aesthetic that aligns with Dolly Js quiet opulence .

• Shape the identity of Dolly J Man , our upcoming menswear couture line.
• Work directly with the Creative Director and lead designers.
