Cancard Inc and Advaa Health area looking for an experienced, engaged, and hands-on healthcare marketing leader for the position of Sr Global Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing to help drive development, launch and successful commercialization of an innovative portfolio of digital healthcare products for global markets.

This position will oversee and execute complete billing function for our US hospital clients and requires candidates to have advanced knowledge of payer rules, denial management, and revenue cycle workflows. The Medical Billing Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert within Cancard and Advaa Health, ensuring accurate claim submission, timely reimbursement, and compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations, while supporting process improvements and mentoring junior staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Minimum 46 years of progressive experience in U.S. medical billing and revenue cycle management.
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end billing workflows, including charge capture, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and appeals.
Advanced working knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS coding guidelines and modifier usage.
Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer policies, including LCDs, NCDs, and payer-specific billing rules.
Proven ability to independently manage complex, high-dollar, or aged accounts through resolution.
Hands-on experience with A/R aging analysis, underpayment identification, and reimbursement variance investigation.
Proficiency in EHR and practice management systems; ability to quickly learn new billing platforms.
In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, CMS regulations, and healthcare billing compliance standards.
Ability to interpret EOBs, ERAs, fee schedules, and payer contracts to validate reimbursement accuracy.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with payers, providers, and internal stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional certification such as CPB (Certified Professional Biller), CPC, CCS, or equivalent
Experience serving as a subject matter expert or escalation point for complex billing issues
Prior involvement in training, mentoring, or quality review of junior billing staff
Experience supporting internal or external audits, compliance reviews, or payer recoupments
Familiarity with multi-state billing, multi-specialty practices, or high-volume environments
Experience with denial trend analysis, root cause identification, and process improvement initiatives
Exposure to value-based care models, risk adjustment, or alternative payment methodologies
Advanced Excel or reporting skills for tracking KPIs, A/R metrics, and reimbursement trends
