The Role

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the design, manufacturing, and lifecycle management of WDTS hardware products used in casinos worldwide as part of R&D team.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across India, Australia, the USA, and Asia, contributing to new product development, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Youll Do

• Create and maintain 2D & 3D CAD designs and manufacturing drawings (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Develop and maintain BOMs, work instructions, and technical documentation
• Support contract manufacturers and global suppliers
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and field teams across regions
• Support new product introductions (NPI), field troubleshooting, and maintenance activities
• Drive cost reduction, DFM/DFA, and manufacturing efficiency improvements
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for production and field issues

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with SolidWorks (including PDM); AutoCAD preferred
• Experience in manufacturing / production engineering
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable working with global teams across time zones
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and practical problem solver

Nice to Have

• Experience with KeyShot, LabVIEW, Altium, or Arena PLM
• Exposure to electromechanical systems, electronics packaging, or RFID products
• Experience supporting offshore or international manufacturing partners
