Job Description

Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Infoscion • Provide L3 support for Microsoft Intune and related MDM technologies. • Design, implement, and maintain Intune policies for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices. • Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, and application deployment. • Troubleshoot complex issues related to device configuration, app deployment, and user access. • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and compliant device management. • Monitor and optimize Intune performance, reporting, and analytics. • Lead Intune migration projects and contribute to enterprise mobility strategy. • Document technical procedures, configurations, and best practices. • Mentor L1/L2 support teams and provide knowledge transfer.

Technical Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in MDM/EMM using Microsoft Intune. Having knowledge on JAMF and other leading MDM products will be considered as added advantage. • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM integration, and co-management. • Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Windows Autopilot. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate) are a plus.
