Senior Marketplace Manager (All Platforms: Myntra, FirstCry, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, AJIO etc )

Location : Onsite (Dwarka, Delhi) | 6-Day Work Week

Salary : 4-5 LPA ( No cap for right candidate )

Key Responsibilities :

Must have worked with an apparel brand (kidswear preferred).

Strong seller relationships & ability to negotiate for better visibility, promotions, and margins.

Run high-ROI ad campaigns & optimize spend across platforms.

Create & manage product listings with accurate titles, images, and keywords.

Plan inventory for all styles, manage new launches, and ensure zero stock-outs.

Lead & mentor a team of e-commerce managers.

Coordinate closely with manufacturers for production timelines & dispatch.

Monitor compliance, ratings, and implement strategies to boost sales.

Requirements :

3+ years in e-commerce/marketplace management.

Proven experience in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.

Hands-on with listing creation, ad campaign setup & analytics .

Track record of scaling marketplace sales for apparel brands.

Strong data analysis, multitasking & vendor management skills.

Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
