Senior Marketplace Associate - Flipkart/ Home Decor

Role Overview:

Were looking for a proactive Senior Marketplace Associate - Flipkart who can fully own the channelcovering listings, optimization, ads, growth planning, NPD, and P&L. This role is ideal for someone who takes complete responsibility and can independently scale a marketplace business end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the Flipkart channel including strategy, execution, and P&L.

Manage end-to-end listings: creation, optimization, hygiene, and compliance.

Drive aggressive growth, visibility, pricing optimization, and selection enhancement.

Plan and optimize Flipkart Ads to improve ROAS and overall sales performance.

Identify & launch new products (NPD) based on trends and data insights.

Maintain strong relationship management with Flipkart category & ops POCs.

Track KPIs, analyze competition, manage penalties, and ensure operational excellence.

Good to have:

35 years of hands-on experience managing the Flipkart marketplace.

Strong listing, catalog, SEO, and marketplace analytics skills.

Proven experience running and optimizing Flipkart ad campaigns.

Good understanding of pricing, inventory, selection planning, and marketplace trends.

Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
