The Mission

As our first dedicated Senior Marketing lead, you will bridge the gap between our IT-driven delivery values and the high-touch world of Hyderabad real estate. You will own the brand's public debut, managing everything from the office inauguration to the sustained lead generation for our HMDA/RERA-approved projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Transition: Lead the company's move out of "stealth mode," ensuring the new office reflects a premium, contemporary brand identity.
• Project Launches: Execute end-to-end marketing for two HMDA&RERA approved projects, including site branding, brochures, and digital presence.
• Lead Generation: Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google/Meta) to drive high-quality inquiries for plotting and residential projects.
• Event Management: Plan and execute the office inauguration and future property show appearances.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional, high-clarity communication with investors, channel partners, and early-adopter customers.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5-8 years in Real Estate marketing, specifically in the Hyderabad market.
• Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of RERA and HMDA marketing guidelines.
• Mindset: Aspiration-driven with a "founders mentality." You should be comfortable moving from high-level strategy to executing a site signage plan.
• Skillset: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM integration, and managing external creative agencies.
