Senior Marketing Partner

We are a fast-growing startup building crypto-based betting and prediction products for the global market. Our work spans Crypto, Prediction Markets, Fantasy Sports, and Online Lottery solutions, with a strong focus on innovation, regulatory compliance, and scalable technology. As we expand, we are looking for a marketing leader who can establish and drive our entire marketing ecosystem.

• Develop and execute complete marketing strategies
• Build, hire, and manage the entire marketing team
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics
• Drive brand positioning and multi-channel user acquisition
• Handle social media content creation, planning, and engagement
• Oversee campaigns and growth initiatives
• Collaborate closely with leadership for market expansion
• Stay updated on global legal and regulatory requirements related to this domain.

• 20+ years in marketing leadership (preferred).
• Strong experience in Crypto, Prediction Markets, Fantasy Sports, or Online Lotteries.
• Proven ability to set up marketing teams from scratch.
• Strong communication, and marketing skills.
• Understanding of international compliance and licensing.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
