Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager located in Gurugram, India. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Key responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, leading a team of marketing professionals, developing and analyzing marketing reports, and optimizing customer acquisition strategies. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, managing budgets, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications

Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience in Marketing Management and Campaign Planning
Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Content Marketing
Proven expertise in Brand Development, Market Research, and Consumer Insights
Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to mentor and develop a marketing team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with marketing analytics and tools; proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a must
