Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives, manage cross-functional marketing campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing plans, analyzing market trends, managing a dedicated marketing team, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster business growth. This role will also involve collaboration with the design, manufacturing, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Digital Marketing
• Strong skills in Brand Management, Product Positioning, and Market Trend Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Leadership skills to manage teams effectively
• Familiarity with Data Analytics, SEO/SEM, and Marketing Automation Tools
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate marketing practices
• Proficiency in building and maintaining client and vendor relationships
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience in the jewelry industry is mandatory
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
