Your Mission: Architect Our Growth Engine

As our first senior marketing hires, based out of the high-tech Hyderabad office, you will be the architect of our growth engine. You will have the keys to the kingdom, with the autonomy to build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy from scratch. You will be a player-coach, a strategist, and a doer. One day youll be whiteboarding our go-to-market strategy, the next youll be in the trenches, launching campaigns and writing copy. You will also lead a small, but nimble team, and have the ability to learn from F500 C-suite leaders who have been leaders in their field.

This is a role for someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty, who is obsessed with growth, and who wants to make a real impact. You will be responsible for:

• Building the Playbook: You will own the entire marketing funnel in India, from awareness to acquisition, and all the way to advocacy. You will define our strategy across all channels, including:
• Content & SEO/GEO: Make turgo.ai a trusted authority in the AI and marketing space.
• Demand Generation & Paid Media: Drive a predictable pipeline of high-quality leads.
• Lifecycle & Email Marketing: Nurture our leads and customers, turning them into raving fans.
• Influencer & Community Marketing: Build a tribe of followers and advocates.
• Sales Enablement: Arm our sales team with the content and tools they need to win.
• Being the Voice of the Customer: You will be our ears to the ground, deeply understanding the culture, the market, and the customer. You will ensure our message resonates and our brand is loved.
• Running with It: Were not going to micromanage you. Were going to give you the resources and support you need, and then were going to get out of your way. We want you to take ownership, experiment, and build something amazing.

Who Were Looking For: A Marketing Rebel with a Cause

• A Full-Stack Marketer (with a T-shaped profile): You have 3-5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and have a broad understanding of all marketing channels, with deep expertise in one or two areas (e.g., demand generation, content marketing).
• Scrappy and Resourceful: You know how to get things done, even with limited resources. Youre a creative problem-solver who can turn constraints into opportunities.
