About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Head to lead our complete

marketing function. This role will own digital marketing outcomes, collaborate closely with

internal teams, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The candidate will be

responsible for building, guiding, and scaling a high-performing marketing team while ensuring

measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute the overall marketing roadmap aligned with company growth goals

Take ownership of lead generation, brand positioning, and customer retention

Drive ROI-focused campaigns with clear performance metrics.

2. Digital Marketing Ownership

Lead the Digital Marketing team and take full accountability for outcomes

Oversee SEO, paid ads, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and website

performance

Analyze data, optimize funnels, and improve conversion rates

3. Internal Team Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams

Align marketing messaging with on-ground sales and client requirements

Support internal campaigns, launches, and communication initiatives

4. Client Engagement & Retention

Connect with existing clients to understand feedback, usage patterns, and upsell

opportunities

Strengthen client relationships through targeted campaigns and communication

Support account retention and long-term value creation

5. Team Management

Build, manage, and mentor a cross-functional marketing team

Set clear KPIs, review performance, and ensure accountability

Create systems and processes for efficient execution

6. Reporting & Growth Metrics

Track marketing performance and present insights to management

Continuously improve marketing efficiency and cost optimization

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in Marketing / Growth / Digital Marketing

Prior experience as a Marketing Lead / Head preferred

Strong command over digital channels and analytics

Experience working with B2B / SaaS / Health-tech is an advantage

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
