Senior Marketing Manager

Casagrand is expanding rapidly in Hyderabad and were looking for a high-impactMarketing Project Head to own and scale the marketing charter for marquee residential projects.

This is abusiness-critical leadership role , not a support function. You will own the complete marketing P&L for large residential projects and directly influence sales velocity, brand perception, and market dominance.

• Lead end-to-end marketing for residential projects (pre-launch to sell-out)
• Drive demand generation across Digital, ATL, BTL, Channel Partners & site activations
• Manage large marketing budgets with sharp focus on CPL, ROI & conversions
• Partner closely with Sales, CRM, CP teams, agencies & creative partners
• Lead launches, walkthroughs, campaigns, events, and market intelligence

• 7-10 years of marketing experience (real estate preferred)
• Proven track record of handling large project portfolios (100+ Cr)
• Strong digital-first mindset with on-ground execution strength
• Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making ability
