Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, offline, and event-based channels. This role demands close collaboration with internal departments such as sales, design, product, and operations, as well as external agencies. The candidate will drive brand building, generate high-quality leads, manage campaigns, and ensure performance measurement and optimization across platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, events) for real estate projects (residential, commercial, industrial).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product/Development, Design, and Operations teams to align marketing activities with project launches and sales goals.
  • Plan, create, and oversee marketing content, including:
  • Website pages, blogs, social media posts
  • Brochures, flyers, floor plans
  • Video/photography, walkthroughs, drone footage
  • Testimonials and case studies
  • Manage paid marketing channels: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, remarketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Update and manage listings on property portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.
  • Analyze campaign performance and metrics (leads, CPL, traffic, engagement) and optimize strategies based on data.
  • Oversee brand building efforts: positioning, messaging, and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and manage offline events: site visits, open houses, exhibitions, seminars, broker meets.
  • Manage relationships with creative, digital, media, and PR agencies for campaign execution.
  • Maintain a centralized master tracker containing access links to all marketing collateral, campaign reports, performance data, and project documentation.
  • Handle personal branding for company promoters: business updates, CSR activities, and reputation management via personal social media.
  • Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff (if applicable).
  • Maintain marketing calendar, track campaign expenditure, and ensure timely reporting to management.


Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 24 years of marketing experience in the real estate, property development, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn
  • SEO/SEM and remarketing strategies
  • Google Analytics, UTM tracking
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in content planning and campaign execution.
  • Good design coordination skills (Canva or Adobe Suite plus point).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in marketing for mid-to-large scale real estate projects.
  • Exposure to luxury/lifestyle segment in property marketing.
  • Knowledge of Kannada (preferred for local campaign coordination).
