The Senior Marketing Executive Operations will support the execution of marketing initiatives across brands, outlets, and platforms at Foodsta Kitchens (India). This role focuses on coordination, timelines, and operational follow-through to ensure marketing plans are implemented accurately and on time.
Ideal Candidate
An individual with 24 years of relevant experience to support marketing execution across our brands and outlets. Individuals with F&B experience are a bonus, but willing to work with creative folks with a penchant for ops.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Execution
Execute marketing plans across digital, in-restaurant, delivery, and offline touchpoints
Content creation & execution for Instagram (Reels)
Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, timelines, and rollout plans
Ensure all assets are shared, approved, and deployed correctly across outlets and platforms
Handling ORM and CRM
Cross-Team Coordination
Work closely with the design team for creatives and e-commerce requirements (menus, photos, thumbnails, listings, offers)
Coordinate with restaurant teams for promotions, launches, and activations
Liaise with mall teams, partners, and vendors for on-ground visibility
Launch & Campaign Support
Support new restaurant launches with structured marketing execution
Assist in managing campaign checklists across social, PR, offline, and e-commerce platforms
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Reporting & Optimisation
Track execution status and timelines
Assist in compiling weekly and monthly marketing reports
Flag execution gaps and suggest operational improvements
