NDV Group is on a high-growth trajectory, and were looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing for our co-working and managed office spaces (@offices) and drive growth across our other businesses.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow our co-working and managed office spaces.
• Lead branding, digital campaigns, and PR initiatives across multiple business verticals.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with the founder and senior leadership to shape marketing strategy.
• Build partnerships, lead generation campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
• Manage a small marketing team and inspire high performance.

Who You Are:

• MBA from a top-tier college.
• 510 years of experience in marketing, ideally in real estate, co-working, or managed spaces.
• Proven track record at a leading real estate marketing firm.
• Strategic, creative, and data-driven.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
