Role Overview
The incumbent is responsible for designing, implementing, and driving impactful learning initiatives that strengthen technical capability, leadership readiness, and a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
This role requires a creative and structured professional who can translate business needs into meaningful learning experiences. They collaborate closely with internal experts, leaders, and teams to design programs that enhance performance and build future-ready talent.
You are someone who understands both learning science and workplace realities. You bring curiosity, structure, and storytelling to training programs, ensuring learning is practical, engaging, and drives measurable behavioral change.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Program Design & Innovation
Design and implement structured learning programs that enhance technical, behavioral, and leadership capabilities across the organization.
Develop innovative learning formats including workshops, hands-on sessions, simulations, and case-based learning experiences.
Align learning initiatives with organizational goals and evolving business needs.
Identify capability gaps across teams and design targeted development interventions.
Introduce modern learning approaches that make training engaging, relevant, and impactful.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Deliver high-quality training sessions that are interactive, engaging, and outcome-focused.
Use storytelling, real-world scenarios, and practical examples to ensure strong knowledge retention.
Facilitate workshops that encourage participation, discussion, and experiential learning.
Adapt training styles to suit diverse audiences, including design, project management, and technical teams.
Create an environment where participants feel encouraged to learn, experiment, and grow.
Content Development & SME Collaboration
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop training modules that align with technical and operational realities.
Translate expert knowledge into structured and easy-to-understand learning content.
Develop learning materials such as presentations, toolkits, case studies, and learning guides.
Ensure all learning content is relevant, practical, and aligned with Zyetas standards of excellence.
Continuously update training content to reflect industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
Learning Reinforcement & Behavior Change
Develop reinforcement mechanisms such as learning projects, assessments, follow-up sessions, and coaching touchpoints.
Create learning pathways that support long-term capability building rather than one-time training events.
Encourage a culture of continuous learning across teams and functions.
Build systems that ensure knowledge transfer, application, and behavioral change after training.
Training Program Management
Plan and manage learning initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Coordinate schedules, participants, trainers, and learning resources efficiently.
Track training participation, engagement, and outcomes across programs.
Maintain structured documentation of learning initiatives and program outcomes.
Ensure learning programs are executed with clarity, consistency, and strong operational discipline.
Learning Measurement & Optimization
Use feedback, performance data, and learning analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Identify areas for improvement and continuously refine learning interventions.
Track impact metrics such as performance improvement, capability enhancement, and team productivity.
Implement data-driven improvements to enhance learning outcomes across programs.

Qualifications & Experience
Degree and relevant work experience in technical areas related to workspace design, architecture, interior design, construction, or allied industries.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, team development, or capability-building roles.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs that improve team capability and performance.
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and execute learning initiatives effectively.
Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to design structured learning content.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
