Senior Manager – Oracle Taleo

Responsibilities

 
•     Manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Oracle Taleo system. 
•    Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to gather requirements and understand business processes. 
•    Design and develop solutions within the Taleo system to support HR and Talent Acquisition processes. 
•    Provide technical expertise and support to end users, resolving system issues and answering user queries. 
•    Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with other HR systems and applications. 
•    Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. 
•    Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and system configurations. 
•    Stay current with Oracle Taleo system updates and new features and provide recommendations for system enhancements. 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrations and data integrity. 
•    Participate in system upgrade projects, including testing and implementation.
