Senior Manager - US Accounting (CA)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager U.S. Accounting to lead and manage end-to-end accounting operations for U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, QuickBooks, and tax compliance, along with proven leadership and review experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting, bookkeeping, and month-end close for U.S. clients.
• Review work of accounting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and year-end adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and client-specific policies.
• Guide and mentor team members; ensure timely deliverables and quality control.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Support process improvements, training, and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education: CA / CPA.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in U.S. accounting and tax; 3+ years in a managerial/review role.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks , Excel , and U.S. accounting software.
• Excellent understanding of U.S. GAAP , bookkeeping, and taxation principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and review skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing teams for U.S. clients in BPO/KPO setup.
• Exposure to accounting software like NetSuite, Xero, or Sage .
• Experience in process standardization and client communication .
