Job Description
Role: B2B School Partnership Manager
Location: Bangalore
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead and grow our B2B partnerships with schools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating, developing, and managing strategic relationships with educational institutions to drive enrolment, revenue, and long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Acquisition & Development
- Identify and target potential schools for collaboration.
- Drive end-to-end partnership cyclesfrom lead generation to closure.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, demos, and proposal discussions with school leadership teams.
- Develop customized partnership models based on school requirements.
2. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, management committees, and decision-makers.
- Ensure smooth on-boarding of partner schools and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner schools.
3. Revenue Growth
- Own and achieve monthly/quarterly partnership and revenue targets.
- Monitor performance of partnered schools and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyse competitor activities, market trends, and needs of schools.
- Provide insights to improve partnership offerings and pricing strategies.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, academic, marketing, and product teams for seamless delivery.
- Ensure all deliverables as per the partnership agreement are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 26 years of experience in B2B sales, school partnerships, Ed-Tech, or institutional sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for meetings and outreach.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in Ed-Tech or working with K12 schools.
- Understanding of school administrative processes and academic cycles.
- Strong networking skills with school stakeholders
