Location : R&T, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Job Purpose:

Senior manager should have good understanding of business requirements.

Product Development and upgrade of existing core products in water based decorative paints.

Business Responsibility Areas:

Guide team on product development projects and ensure closure of projects on time with 100% RFT.

Work on formulation and sourcing efficiency initiatives. Explore avenues across portfolio.

Product standardization and address challenges in manufacturing.

Product Benchmarking and support market initiatives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders - Exploration of line extensions.

Ensure Compliance to QMS standards in the group.

Redressal of customer complaints as per agreed timelines

Support Nexpedition initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators:

Planning and organization of work.

Compliance to agreed timelines and development framework.

New product/line extension idea generated.

Challenge Status Quo - Problem solving skills.

Team building and recognize performance of team members

Previous Experience:

Experience in handling product development teams and execution of projects independently.

Functional Competencies:

Conversant in paint formulations, Latest Market trends, Manufacturing processes, and Indian and international standards.
