The role will serve as one of the primary technical focal points toward industry stakeholders, working closely with Technology, Sales, BD, and Marketing teams.

We are seeking a selfdriven individual passionate about a career in the asphalt construction industry. The role requires extensive travel within India and high readiness levels. 710 years of relevant experience in bitumen/asphalt/construction is a prerequisite.

Key Accountabilities

1. Technical Engagement:

- Lead technical engagements with stakeholders at sites and regional offices.

- Conduct product testing, mixture design, construction trials, and SOP preparation.

2. Technology Trials:

- Lead technology trials for acceptance and approval of new technologies.

3. Collaboration:

- Coordinate closely with Technology, Sales, BD, and Marketing.

- Represent the organization to authorities and at conferences/workshops.

4. Publications:

- Develop product specifications, application manuals, and promotional materials.

Experience & Skills Required

- 810 years in bitumen/asphalt/highway construction industry.

- Strong communication and influencing skills.

- Experience in NHAI/PWD/PMGSY/airport or similar major projects.

- Experience in bitumen/emulsion/PMB testing and performance characterization.

- Strong background in bituminous mixture design and construction trials.

- Ability to influence decision makers at site and regional levels.

- Strong project management and problemsolving ability.

Qualifications

Minimum:

- BE/B.Tech (Civil)

Desirable:

- ME/M.Tech (Highway / Transportation Engineering)

Highly Desirable:

- Project experience at IITs/CRRI or similar institutions in bituminous materials.
