Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Manager Talent Acquisition with 10+ years of experience in technical hiring within recruitment consulting environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in GCC, startup and product-based hiring, leadership hiring mandates, and managing large, high performing recruitment teams. The role demands proven expertise in P&L ownership, revenue delivery, client success, and scaling recruitment operations for high-growth technology clients. This position offers the opportunity to drive strategic hiring initiatives, lead delivery teams, and partner directly with CXO-level stakeholders while shaping organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large recruitment teams, driving performance, capability building, and delivery excellence.
Own end-to-end recruitment operations, including leadership mandates and high-complexity technical roles.
Act as a senior client partner, managing CXO-level relationships and ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Drive strategic talent solutions for GCC, product and startup clients, workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategy.
Manage P&L, revenue goals, forecasting, profitability, and quarterly delivery performance.
Develop and implement scalable recruitment models to support high-growth clients.
Mentor and coach team leads and recruiters, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Leverage deep sourcing expertise using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, and other platforms.
Collaborate with leadership to shape business expansion, improve operational efficiencies, and drive organizational goals.
Stay updated with talent market trends, tech landscape, and hiring best practices to guide internal teams and clients.
Requirements
10+ years of technical recruitment experience within staffing/recruitment consulting organizations.
Proven experience handling large teams and senior client accounts.
Demonstrated P&L or revenue ownership with consistent achievement of quarterly/annual targets.
Strong background in GCC, startup and product-based talent hiring across functions and tech stacks.
Experience managing leadership & senior roles (Architects, EM, PM, Data/AI/ML, etc.).
Excellent stakeholders management and communication skills.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making ability.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environments.
