Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales & Marketing and other key business functions
• Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational goals
• Manage, mentor, and guide the Talent Acquisition team
• Partner with business leaders for workforce planning and talent forecasting
• Manage recruitment vendors, consultants, and hiring metrics
• Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1218 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong expertise in Sales & Marketing hiring
• Mandatory experience in Medical Devices / Pharma industry
• Proven team management and leadership skills
• Ability to work strategically with a hands-on approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
