Work Details
- Base Location: Pune
- Work Mode: 5 days working from office
- Must have experience managing large recruitment teams ,
- Must have experience in RFPs and pricing proposals and HR Transformation projects
- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a large team of recruiters across multiple locations, ensuring performance targets and hiring goals are met.
- Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Handle vendor and stakeholder management across business units and geographies.
- Manage and close RFPs and pricing proposals within defined timelines.
- Design and update recruitment procedures to align with business needs and market trends.
- Participate in recruitment audits and compliance activities to ensure adherence to internal and external standards.
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire , cost-per-hire , and quality of hire .
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies, including social recruiting and digital platforms .
- Lead and support HR project management initiatives across functions.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to forecast future hiring needs .
- Represent the organization at job fairs, campus drives, and career events .
- Coordinate closely with senior HR and business leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
