Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Business, Product and Technology teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Lead endtoend analytics use case: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Conduct deepdive analyses on customer behavior, revenue drivers, product performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Build and automate KPI dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau).
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Ensure data accuracy, documentation, quality checks, and governance.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and business impact.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Good knowledge of Python for data processing or advanced analytics
- Strong expertise in SQL (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Tableau / Power BI for dashboards and visual analytics.
- Experience with automation of reporting workflows; familiarity with cloud data environments is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of consumer lifecycle, CRM analytics, churn/retention drivers, and revenue analytics.
- Ability to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and conversion funnels.
- Experience supporting marketing, digital, or product teams through analytics.
- Strong problemsolving, business acumen, and structured thinking.
