Job Description
- Lead and manage the structural design team in developing innovative and cost-effective design solutions
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate structural design elements into overall project plans
- Review and approve structural design drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex structural design issues
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect structural elements and ensure quality control
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural design
- Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Mentor and develop junior staff members to enhance their skills and capabilities
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Structural Design
Bachelor's degree Architecture or Master
