Job Description


Key Roles &Responsibilities

  • Drive agency channel strategy including L&D initiatives, agent licensing, and activation planning.

  • Design and implement sales enablement tools to support business growth across geographies.

  • Build dashboards and MIS for key business KPIs (GWP, Licensing, Productivity, Activations) to support decision-making.

  • Lead development of analytical models and dashboards (e.g., Health Icon, Star Dashboard) to enhance performance visibility.

  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to expand verticals and improve agent/channel productivity.

  • Own end-to-end creation and automation of performance dashboards like Pulse, Branch Licensing, and One IL Agency.

  • Partner with IT and analytics teams to streamline data processes and develop real-time reporting tools.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for CEO/ED-level leadership with actionable insights.

  • Drive automation of reporting for Agent lifecycle stages and funnel performance.

  • Manage agency-level KPIs using advanced Excel, Business Objects, and Power BI tools.
