Job Summary:
The Family Office Manager will be responsible for the overall management, governance, and strategic execution of a Single Family Office based in Bangkok. This role involves overseeing investments, financial reporting, compliance, stakeholder relationships, and confidential family matters while ensuring long-term wealth preservation and growth. The position requires high integrity, discretion, and strong financial and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the family office, ensuring robust governance, controls, and processes.
- Manage and monitor diversified investment portfolios including public equities, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and alternative assets.
- Track portfolio performance, asset allocation, risk exposure, and prepare detailed investment reports for the family.
- Coordinate due diligence, evaluation, and execution of new investment opportunities.
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow planning, liquidity management, and consolidated net worth reporting.
- Ensure accurate MIS, financial statements, and portfolio dashboards on a periodic basis.
- Liaise with tax advisors, legal counsels, auditors, and compliance consultants across jurisdictions.
- Support estate planning, succession planning, trust structures, and related documentation.
- Manage relationships with private banks, wealth managers, fund managers, and investment advisors.
- Negotiate fees, evaluate service quality, and ensure alignment with family objectives.
- Supervise internal team members including analysts, accountants, and administrative staff.
- Manage external vendors and service providers to ensure efficiency and confidentiality.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA, CFA, CA, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
Experience Requirements :
- 510 years of experience in managing or supporting a Single Family Office, Private Wealth Management, investment Management, Private Banking, or similar UHNI-focused environments.
- Experience with cross-border investments and Southeast Asia markets is an advantage.
Reporting Structure :
The role reports directly to the Family Principal or designated senior family representative and works closely with external advisors and internal support teams.
