Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute the overall brand strategy and positioning for the in-house apparel brand.

Identify market trends, customer insights, and category opportunities.

2. Product Development & Merchandising

Lead seasonal collections planning including assortment mix, pricing strategy, and category expansion.

Work closely with design, sourcing, and production teams to deliver commercially viable collections.

Ensure product quality, brand consistency, and competitive pricing.

3. Sourcing & Vendor Management

Identify and manage manufacturing partners and suppliers.

Negotiate costs, manage timelines, and ensure quality standards.

Optimize supply chain efficiency and margins.

4. Sales & Channel Management

Drive revenue growth and profitability of the in-house brand.

Collaborate with e-commerce and retail teams to maximize visibility and sales.

Monitor sell-through, inventory, and demand planning.

5. Marketing & Brand Building

Work with the marketing team to plan campaigns, launches, and promotions.

Build strong brand identity, storytelling, and positioning.

Analyze marketing performance and customer engagement.\

6. Team Leadership

Lead and mentor design, merchandising, and category teams.

Build cross-functional collaboration across sourcing, operations, and marketing.

Candidate Requirements

Strong background in merchandising, brand management, or category management.

Knowledge of Knits and wovens fabrics

Experience launching or scaling private label / in-house brands preferred.

Strong understanding of apparel sourcing, pricing, and supply chains.

Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen.
