Hiring: Senior Manager Sales (Real Estate)

Location: Badlapur East, Maharashtra

We are looking for an experienced and driven real estate sales professional to join our leadership team as Senior Manager Sales. This role offers a fast-track pathway to Sales Head within 12 months for candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, execution capability, and business ownership.


The position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a high-growth environment and are looking to build long-term leadership careers in real estate.


Eligibility

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales (Residential and/or Commercial)
  • Prior experience managing high-value real estate transactions and client relationships

Key Responsibilities

Participate in sales strategy and planning for residential and commercial projects

Manage site visits and customer interactions from digital leads and walk-ins

Act as a relationship manager for prospective buyers, guiding them from first visit to booking or closure

Assist buyers with loan eligibility checks and documentation support

Coordinate with banks to ensure timely loan sanction, documentation, and disbursement

Maintain clear documentation of customer requirements and approved modifications, coordinating with project and head office teams

Onboard and manage channel partners

Handle inbound enquiries from digital campaigns, website leads, and marketing channels

Engage with brands for leasing of commercial premises

Develop relationships with corporates and investors for leasing and purchase of commercial spaces


Work Schedule

6 days a week

Weekly off on Monday or Tuesday
