Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager Sales to lead business development and revenue growth for our RMC division. The role involves driving plant volume utilization, managing key accounts, achieving targets, and ensuring seamless coordination with operations for project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers across residential, commercial, and infrastructure segments
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with strong pipeline management
• Manage large developers and institutional clients
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
• Coordinate with plant, dispatch, and QC teams for smooth deliveries
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and growth opportunities
• Ensure timely collections and credit control

Requirements

• Graduate
• Strong understanding of the Karnataka construction market
• Proven experience in RMC or construction materials sales
