Role - Senior Manager- Sales (MICE)
Location- Bangalore
Job Role:-
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries and corporates.
2. Convert leads generated through various channels into confirmed business.
3. Retain and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business. Revenue & Profitability
4. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets in alignment with business goals.
5. Optimize profitability through effective pricing and cost management.
6. Ensure timely payment collections as per agreed terms to maintain healthy cash flow. Client Engagement & Service Delivery
7. Conduct handover meetings with operations to align client expectations with delivery.
8. Ensure compliance with MICE operating procedures and service standards.
9. Deliver Thomas Cooks best-in-class services to clients and build brand value. Market Intelligence & Reporting
10. Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities.
11. Provide inputs on new products/services and innovative sales techniques.
12. Maintain accurate records and update business systems for MIS and reporting.
Role Purpose:-

2. Profit optimization to meet the budget
3.Retention of existing accounts
4. Maximize profitability through focus on Cash Flow Management and timely payment collections as per agreement
